In this deck are 24 introductory yoga poses and meditations for children to practice with their parents. Each card provides a picture and a few easy to follow steps to complete the practice. The cards are designed to allow for a beginner to work through each card, adopting and memorizing a new exercise as they move on.
Use these cards to help you build a routine with your child around exercise and wellness. Take time each day to learn and expand your exercise repertory.
Many of the poses are beginner but it is always a good idea to never push yourself too hard and be patient with your body. The goal is to learn to connect with your body and feel less and less tension each day.
